Turnkey
Asset Defense
Four technically dense disciplines, unified under the ACCP protocol. From surface preparation to certified sign-off, we own the full integrity chain across the splash, atmospheric, and submerged zones.
Advanced Coating Systems
Barrier protection engineered for the splash zone, the atmospheric zone, and the submerged hull — where standard industrial paints fail within a single monsoon season.
- Splash-zone epoxy build coats with glass-flake reinforcement rated for cyclic wet/dry immersion.
- Thermal Spray Aluminum (TSA) metallizing for cathodic long-life protection of structural steel and risers.
- Anti-fouling and foul-release hull systems reducing drag and biofouling colonization on FPSO hulls.
- Passive Fire Protection (PFP) epoxy intumescents applied to jacket legs and process modules.
Commercial Marine Blasting
Controlled surface preparation that hits the required anchor profile without compromising deck integrity or the surrounding production envelope.

- Ultra-High Pressure (UHP) water jetting to 40,000 psi for chloride-free, dust-free WJ-2 / WJ-3 standards.
- Dry abrasive blasting with garnet and recyclable grit to Sa 2.5 near-white metal.
- DNV 2.7-1 certified crash-frame blast pots and rigging pods for zero-incident deck lifts.
- Full containment habitats with negative-pressure extraction to protect live process areas.
Industrial Insulation
Thermal and acoustic insulation systems designed around the number one hidden threat offshore: Corrosion Under Insulation.
- CUI-resistant jacketing with breathable weather barriers and stainless banding.
- High-temperature aerogel blankets for compact process piping and separators.
- Acoustic lagging on compressors and turbines to meet occupational noise limits.
- Removable insulation pads for valves and flanges enabling rapid inspection access.
ACCP QA/QC Inspections
The ACCP protocol is our discipline of record — an unbroken chain of environmental data and film-thickness evidence for every square metre coated.

- Third-party auditing by AMPP certified Level 2 & 3 coating inspectors.
- Continuous environmental logging: humidity, dew point, surface & steel temperature.
- Wet Film Thickness (WFT) and Dry Film Thickness (DFT) verification with calibrated gauges.
- Holiday / porosity detection and full ITP-linked digital reporting packages.
